a high-rise residential developmen proposed in around German Square, Addis Ababa, featuring 2 basements, a ground floor, and 22 upper floors. The design integrates residential, office, retail, and recreational spaces. The aesthetic aims to blend modern architecture with Ethiopian cultural motifs. Sustainability is prioritized with passive design strategies, renewable energy, and eco-friendly materials. The structure will ensure seismic resilience using locally sourced materials.
