A mixed-use development is proposed in near the Vatican Embassy, Addis Ababa, featuring 2 basements, a ground floor, and 15 upper floors. The design integrates residential, office, retail, and recreational spaces. The aesthetic aims to blend modern architecture with Ethiopian cultural motifs. Sustainability is prioritized with passive design strategies, renewable energy, and eco-friendly materials. The structure will ensure seismic resilience using locally sourced materials.
