Thrive Addis is a residential project located in Sarbet, behind the Canada Embassy. The building features 12 floors above ground (G+12) with 3 basement levels (3B) and sits on a 892m² site. The design integrates residential, office, retail, and recreational spaces. The aesthetic aims to blend modern architecture with Ethiopian cultural motifs. Sustainability is prioritized with passive design strategies, renewable energy, and eco-friendly materials. The structure will ensure seismic resilience using locally sourced materials.
